FPL- Fashion Pakistan Lounge & Unbeatable Opening

A pioneer in Multi-Designer Store in Pakistan, Fashion Pakistan Lounge (FPL) opened its door in early 2010,when a new array of designers emerged in the fashion industry, they required a platform to display their designs, hence FPL provided them a ready-made setup to stock/display their collections even with limited resources.

FPL opened it's doors officially on 24th of April' 2013. The event was organised by Tehmina Khalid and her team at Take II. The Red Carpet looked like a little lush green garden that had trees of celebrities oozing out of it and many designers were looking like sparkling stars and models ruled the ramp. The public seemed very excited and was storming in by numbers. The store was grand, very huge and easily accommodated a lot of people. Speaking of celebs and designers Hira Lari was also a surprise attendee on this event. Lets start with the Red Carpet. (Or the celeb garden :P).

Speaking off the store, inside the display are not just clothes but also accessories ranging from handbags to jewerly and shoes. The ambiance and the setup of FPL in Dolmen Mall is of such stature and highly regarded that once a woman walks in that store, wearing her everyday clothes looking graceful; but when she comes out she looks like a royal queen. And that is what the designers are trying to do. Promoting new outfits that are a little different than what we find today in this emerging market and the PRET displayed is an original idea coming from pioneers of its kind. Prime example is this lavish dress. (That one day a Princess might just wear). Please do leave comments of this dress as well.

After the Red Carpet, the team at Take II guided every one inside for the fashion presentation. The models were looking glamorous and they were gracefully displaying the clothing FPL and Unbeatable. They displayed about 16 outfit in total of FPL and 16 from Unbeatable.

The Models as you can see did a great job of displaying outfits of FPL and Unbeatable. A little Shout out for  Sehrish Bukhari who has grown extremely graciously as the new upcoming model.

                      Launch FPL Karachi Store - Dolmen Clifton Mall

[Karachi 24th April, 2013] A pioneer in Multi-Designer Store in Pakistan, Fashion Pakistan Lounge (FPL) opened its door in early 2010,when a new array of designers emerged in the fashion industry, they required a platform to display their designs, hence FPL provided them a readymade setup to stock/display their collections even with limited resources.

A few months back FPL launched itself in Karachi, Dolmen Mall - Clifton, the overwhelming response by Karachi clientele gave us a boost to officially launch ourselves with much bigger array of designers now onboard with us from Karachi. FPL caters to highend and mainstream market in Karachi, from a daily working women wear to semiformal and formal wear. The price bracket starts from as low as Rs 3000.

Also providing the customers/clients a wide variety of options in pret wear, RTW and couture, by doing this FPL have created healthy competition among the designers to improve their designer quality.

In a short span of time Fashion Pakistan Lounge has been successful by taking on board more than 70 designers in Lahore as well as in its Karachi store. Therefore providing them good clientele and business.

Some of the top names that stock with FPL are: Maheen Khan, Nilofer Shahid, Shaiyanne Malik, Sanam Chaudri, Wardha Saleem, KOEL, Sadaf Malaterre, The Pink Tree by Mohsin Sayeed and many more.

The fashion presentation consituted of 16 outfits from designers stocking at FPL - these designers include, Monia Farooqui, Shaiyanne Malik, Supria Rehman, Samar Mehdi, Timmas, Sanam Choudry, Teena by Hina Butt, Wardha Saleem, Najia Malik, Ayesha Imran, Munza Hameed,
Saba Asad, Kolachits, Hina Khan, SM collection by Samina Mangel, Nina Raj.

 Unbeatable Launch - Dolmen Mall

April 24, 2013, Unbeatable is the brain child of designer Shahla Rahman. It is one of the leading and most well renowned fashion houses of Pakistan.


Shahla Rahman introduced the concept of pret in Pakistan twenty seven years ago, at a time when the couture or made to order wear was in vogue. She introduced what at the time, was an alien concept, But now has become an inspirtaion to current and new designers alike.

Unbeatable represents the modern women of today who are bold, confident yet feminine. The dramatic use of color, edgy cuts and creativity by Shahla, has changed the face of fashion.

Shahla is and has always been on the cutting edge, making the ordinary - bold, the Bland - dramatic and the plain - vibrant. Daring to be different a sharp eye and staying true to her pret roots have certainly made for an unbeatable combination.
